At first glance, a city and an enterprise AI environment may seem worlds apart. But the parallels are striking. • Continuous monitoring replaces one-time-approvals. Just as cities monitor traffic, utilities, and public safety on an ongoing basis, AI governance focuses on lifecycle management, including model drift, data changes, and evolving risk.
• Trust becomes a competitive advantage. Well governed AI earns internal confidence and external credibility. Customers, employees, and regulators trust systems that are transparent, explainable, and well controlled.
