CEI Enters the AI Era
For more than three decades, CEI has helped enterprises design, build, and operate mission‑critical systems. Then AI redefined what’s possible. It was time for CEI to reinvent itself.
Over the past year, we made a deliberate and consequential decision: to rebuild CEI for a world where artificial intelligence is no longer experimental, optional, or confined to pilots—but central to how enterprises operate, compete, and grow.
AI is already reshaping how software is created, tested, operated, and continuously improved. Incremental change was never going to be sufficient for our clients or for us. Rather than layering AI onto traditional delivery models, we chose the far more challenging path: to re‑architect CEI as an AI‑first enterprise, end to end.
Today, the challenge has been met and that transformation becomes visible to the market as CEI.ai. The work behind it, however, has been intensely underway for well over a year.
What AI‑First Really Means
At CEI, AI‑first is not a slogan or a practice area. It is an operating model.
It means AI systems execute by default generating, testing, operating, and optimizing software and processes while humans provide governance, oversight, and accountability. Execution shifts from manual effort to intelligent systems. Outcomes become measurable, repeatable, and governed at enterprise scale.
To enable this, we built Clairvoyance Enterprise, our proprietary AI execution layer spanning the full IT lifecycle. It completely automates software creation, testing, migration, operations, and talent orchestration into a coordinated system—designed not for experimentation, but for production.
This foundation allows enterprises to move beyond isolated AI pilots and into sustained, governed execution.
A New Engagement Model, Aligned to Outcomes
We also changed how we work with clients.
Our delivery model is evolving toward outcome‑based engagement, with clearly defined KPIs, shared accountability, and enterprise‑grade controls. Our success is directly tied to business results-not activity or effort.
These capabilities are already live-in our own operations and with clients. Our 2‑in‑a‑Box approach has reduced implementation timelines from months to weeks, often to days, while delivering measurable gains in productivity, quality, and speed to value.
From Systems to the Enterprise as a Whole
As part of our continued innovation, we are introducing eTWIN the industry’s first AI‑native Enterprise Digital Twin designed to model and coordinate the enterprise as a single system. While existing platforms optimize individual domains, eTWIN is designed to understand and operate the enterprise end to end, continuously simulating scenarios to minimize risk and maximize performance.
This represents a shift from optimizing parts of the business to operating the enterprise end‑to‑end with intelligence, visibility, and control.
